FOIA Request to Wayne County Regarding Public Records on October 7, 2024.
We at North Pocono News, a media organization committed to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, have sent a request for records under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 §66.1 et seq., specifically for FOIA logs from January 1, 2024 till October 7, 2024.
The requested records include the following fields: requester name, requester organization, request content, request date, request complete date and FOIA status. This information is crucial in our mission to hold public institutions accountable and provide transparency to the public.
