DELAWARE RIVER CLUB FLY FISHING RESORT: Delaware River Report / Conditions August 20, 2020

Social

Delaware River Club Fly Fishing Resort issued the following announcement.

We had a mix of sun and clouds yesterday.  Water temps on the lower West peaked in the low 60’s so we some dry fly activity in the late afternoon / evening.  Olives and caddis were the main hatches along with some cahills and one or two isonychias.  Everything looks good this morning and it’s 49 degrees outside.  We’ll see more sun today with the air temp reaching the high 70’s.  Wind should be a non factor.  The release hotline is saying we have a release of 500 cfs from Cannonsville but the flow at Stilesville is 438 cfs.  We don’t see any rain in the forecast until Sunday.
