Of the 1,325 people living in Pocono Springs in 2019, 49.7 percent (658) were women and 50.3 percent (667) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Pocono News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 432-to-367. In the 65 and over age range, there were 161 females and 122 males.
