Which U.S. metro areas exported the most to Hong Kong in 2019?

The New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA metro area ranks first in trade with Hong Kong with exports of $7.2 billion in 2019, according to the International Trade Administration (ITA).

The New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA area includes Pike, Putnam and Hunterdon counties and is the first largest metro area with a population of 19,294,236.

The International Trade Administration (ITA) promotes trade and investments in the United States through data aggregation and studies on global markets and specific U.S. regions. ITA utilizes its research to negotiate on behalf of U.S. industries and is also responsible for enforcing trade agreements.
