Barbara Griggs Pratt, MA, RN, LDN, Clinical Nutrition Manager at Wayne Memorial Hospital discusses the Mind Diet. This is a combination of two health diet patters that may reduce dementia and loss of bran function as you age. Come and learn how to adapt these principles to your food style. A sample Mind Diet plan and guide will be provided.
The Wayne County Public Library will provide lunch, bottled water and dessert; however, if you would prefer to bring a bagged lunch just let them know when you register.
