Of the 3,848 people living in Saw Creek in 2020, 46.8 percent (1,800) were women and 53.2 percent (2,048) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Pocono News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 12. In the 65 and over age range, there were 248 females and 264 males.
