Seventh grade students on the Mohawk and Delaware teams recently participated in an Environmental Education program. Guided by instructors from Lackawanna College, students engaged in hands-on, curriculum related activities throughout our North Pocono Environmental Center. Learning stations included skull and pelt identification, quadrat sampling, dendrology, stream features, macroinvertebrates as bioindicators, and environmental careers.
