North Pocono School District issued the following announcement.
The district has re-opened the Chromebook request system for students in grades 6-12 who have not yet requested a Chromebook. A Chromebook is available for each student in grades 6-12; some teachers of those grades may require that students have a district Chromebook during in-person instruction. However, a student cannot receive a Chromebook without a parent making a request. To do so, go to http://url.npsd.org/cbrequest. At this time, requests are only being taken for students in grades 6-12 who have not already received a district Chromebook.
Please make your request no later than November 6, 2020. After that time, we can no longer guarantee that a Chromebook will be available for your grade 6-12 student, as remaining Chromebooks will then be provided to students in grades K-5.
