Nadine Bernathy, CFT, CES, IIN, will help participants learn how to recognize the muscles being used and used together to perform every day activities. She will also talk about how to keep strong and banlanced as we age.
The Wayne County Public Library will provide lunch, bottled water and dessert; however, if you would prefer to bring a bagged lunch just let them know when you register.
